ZGolf assumed management of the food and beverage facilities at Crystal Springs early in 2003. This property is operated under a joint venture agreement with CourseCo, Northern California's largest and most successful golf management company. F&B related revenues have tripled to well over $2,000,000. The Wedgewood Wedding & Banquet Center average check of $70.00 is driven by excellent marketing of wedding services. Wedgewood has averaged over 125 weddings and receptions each of the last eight years. The 19 Pub & Grille drives an excellent $7.00 per golfer. Banquet guests regularly rate Wedgewood's service an "A".

ZGolf was chosen in late 2007 as the lessee at the prestigious Johnny Miller designed Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Gilroy. Just twenty five minutes south of San Jose, the Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge has already established itself as the premiere wedding destination for the South Bay. Revenues under previous ownership were in the $700,000 range. Under ZGolf ownership and management, in 2009, one full year later, the Eagle Ridge F&B revenues will approach $2,000,000. ZGolf also operates a full service lunch and post game venue at Eagle Ridge as well as a convenient half way snack bar. |

ZGolf and CourseCo teamed up to operate the F&B at the Foxtail Golf Club in 2003. A full renovation and conversion to a banquet emphasis immediately ensued. Since then, F&B revenues have tripled and guest ratings have risen to consistent "A" levels. Over the last eight years, the Foxtail Wedgewood has been host to over 1800 events including almost 800 weddings and receptions. Profit margins are in the 20-25% range. The 36 hole facility is home to many golf events, annually generating over $100,000 in golf catered events. |

ZGolf has managed the F&B at ‚"Metro", Oakland's finest daily fee facility, since 2005. In 2007, under ZGolf's leadership, Metro added a fabulous 3000sq.ft. tent structure, expanding the banquet capacity to over 300 guests. This addition resulted in a tripling of the banquet revenues. The F&B department historically was a profit drain on the
course, now it is a highly profitable operation. The golf course F&B averages over $7.00 per golfer, nearly double the national average. |

ZGolf purchased the rights to the F&B at San Ramon Golf Course in 2005. Since then revenues have quadrupled to over $2,000,000. Banquet sales alone for 2009 were $1,750,000. ZGolf has expanded and remodeled the golfer service building three different times over the last twenty five years and expanded and renovated the banquet facility twice, most recently in 2008. Over a half million guests have enjoyed banquet meals at the Wedgewood. Guests have consistently rate the Wedgewood with "A" grades. |

Situated in the center of California's Inland Empire, Indian Hills joined the ZGolf family in December 2008. This facility is joint venture with Cox-West Properties, the owners of the golf course. Immediately after assuming ownership, ZGolf renovated the cafe into a the golfer's 19 Pub & Grille. An extensive marketing plan was put into place to maximize the potential of the two large banquet rooms overlooking the golf course. The wedding ceremony site is completely rebuilt.

Purchased in late 2009. The Sterling Hills Wedgewood is located in the thriving city of Camarillo. The spanish style building overlooks the award winning Sterling Hills golf club and the Topa-Topa Mountain Range. ZGolf initiated and completed a Banquet room renovation and is building a new 19 Pub & Grille to better serve golf clientele. In the first two years Sterling Hills revenue tripled to well over $1,000,000. |

The business plan for brentwood is to emphasize a strong lunch business to execute a broad based banquet marketing plan. Revenues are currently $1.6 million. The facility overlooks a 27 hole golf course. It is the crown jewel of the new City of Brentwood. |

ZGolf obtained the rights in May of 2010 to operate the food and beverage operations at the Golf Club of California, a semi-private facility located in the hills of North San Diego County, close to the wine country of Temecula and the Oceanside, California. An aggressive opening internet marketing program has resulted in nearly 100 banquet bookings in the first six months operations. In two years, banquet revenues will go from zero to $1.5 million! In partnership with the LMT management, ZGolf provides special events and daily service and billing privileges to the membership in the full service bar and grill. |

ZGolf purchased the F&B lease at Delta View in early 2006. An extensive renovation was immediately undertaken and completed within two months. The result included a new 19 Pub & Grille, improving ambiance, quality, and service to the fifty thousand golfers. This facility is designed as a golfer's grill with many historic pictures and quotes as the signature wall décor. In addition, a beautiful new wedding ceremony was added to serve the many nuptials hosted by the Delta View Wedgewood. ZGolf completely renovated two banquet rooms. Revenues have doubled as Delta View becomes the dominant events location in Pittsburg. In 2010 the city of Pittsburg entered into a new 15 year lease agreement.

ZGolf leased the rights to the food and beverage facilities at the Glen Ivy Golf Course in Corona California in 2010. In 201, the former Trilogy property has added a 250 person capacity tent structure. The combination of a handsome clubhouse, a first class tent with a beautiful interior, and waterfall views, will, undoubtedly, make the Glen Ivy Wedgewood become the jewel of golf course wedding sites in the Inland Empire. A high volume Pub & Grille serves the 45,000 golf guests and the large surrounding housing development.

ZGolf acquired the food and beverage operations at the Upland Hills, California, Golf Club in July of 2011. Beautifully located beneath Mount Baldy and on a busy thoroughfare, The Wedgewood Upland Hills will serve the densely populated areas of west San Bernadino County and the 210 freeway corridor. The existing banquet room, overlooking a fountain accented lake, will be augmented by a 3200 square foot tent structure, set to open in November of 2011. A full renovation of the golf F&B, 19 Pub & Grille, was completed in the fall of 2011 and a golf package that includes a meal will be part of every golf round. Revenues are expected to exceed 2 million dollars annually by 2012. |
