How to make money in F&B? (Or stop or prevent from losing money!)
Hard to believe?

ZGolf Food & Beverage, the preeminent golf course F&B and banquet specialists, has accomplished this feat at every one of the courses they operate. It may be difficult to conceive such a drastic mprovement, but ZGolf has the track record to prove that these results are real. Chuck Cox, owner of the Indian Hills Golf Club says it succinctly, “You are a genius”, when commenting on the tremendous F&B turnaround at his course.

Each of the various golf course partners are very pleased that they made arrangements to partner with ZGolf. Before partnering with ZGolf, their food and beverage departments were losing money, some up to $200,000 per year. Each tried many different programs to improve their F&B department’s profit, to no avail. The F&B headache continued. Each owner, frustrated with F&B, and anxious to find ways to improve the bottom line, turned its F&B department over to ZGolf. The results – Each course now generates an extra $150,000 to $300,000 in positive cash flow. Important additional benefits are:

Improved asset value because of the successful F&B operation.
• Assumption of utility costs related to F&B.
• Improved golf operations due to the fact that course management can laser in on their core business.
• Better golf F&B service due to F&B expertise and concentration.
• More golf course exposure and income from a more dynamic F&B operation.
• ZGolf will make the financial investment and risk for transfer to ZGolf management.
• Course management can concetrate on its core golf business.
• Additional exposure
for golf course from a much busier banquet facility.

Larry Taylor, President of LMT Golf Management endorses the Partnering
concept with the 90/10 Rule – “F&B generates 10% of profit (if any) and 90% of the headaches!”
