Design Consultation - Consider this program for new or redesigned facilities. ZGolf will first work with your architects, designers, and builders to assure that it is efficient and guest friendly. A market study should be done to determine what kind of F&B services are needed for the property. Questions such as “Is a full service restaurant needed?” and “Is there banquet potential in the area?” must be answered before an architect begins the work.
Start–up - ZGolf can be instrumental in recruiting staff, menu development, marketing, operations manuals, and training for a new location.
Start-over – For newly acquired facilities or properties that are under- performing, a start over package will include much of the start up ingredients. A customized program will be developed for each client.
2-Day Best Practices Full Operations Review – ZGolf will visit your site for 2 days, assessing the entire operation based on a 600 item checklist of Best Practices for Golf Course F&B. This is a uniquely ZGolf developed list the encompasses all elements of a F&B operations. Emphasis will be placed on those areas of need determined by ownership and ZGolf. A financial proforma will be included in this program.
Marketing Plan Development – ZGolf can assist management in developing a plan to build banquet and restaurant business. This will include an emphasis on in-house sales management and use of the internet. |
